Apples supply cut into cubes with dimensions of 4, 6, 10, and 15 mm segments in the form of 1/4, 1/6, 1/8, 1/12, 1/16 with or without skin peel.
Cubes and segments can be peeled apple or unpeeled. On request, all products are prepared in the agreed lagoons without SO2.
