Fresh apples peeled for drying and confectionery industry. We wash and peel apples and then portion then into dices and apple segments. Aplle dices can have 6 10 or 15mm. Regardeing apple segments we are prepared to offer starting from apple half to 1/16. To keep peeled apples fresh for a longer period we use freezing and freeze-drying techniques.
